摘要 目的探讨急性胰腺炎合并脂肪肝的CT检查结果与影像表现。方法选取2014年3月—2016年11月来我院收治的急性胰腺炎合并脂肪肝患者52例作为研究对象。全部患者均行肝脏和胰脏CT平扫,观察肝脏和胰腺的CT影像学表现。结果胰腺CT体积增大50例(96.2%),密度减低45例(86.5%)。肝脏CT密度减低52例(100.0%),包括弥漫性减低34例(65.4%),局限性减低18例(34.6%)。治疗后复查,49例患者肝脏密度恢复。结论急性胰腺炎与脂肪肝存在相关性,是导致CT表现肝脏密度减低的重要原因。 Objective To investigate the CT diagnosis of acute pancreatitis associated with fatty liver. Methods 52 patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with fatty liver admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent plain scan of the liver and pancreas, and the CT findings of the liver and pancreas were observed by CT. Results The pancreatic CT volume increased in 50 cases (96.2%), and the density decreased in 45 cases (86.5%). Hepatic CT density was reduced in 52 cases (100.0%), including diffuse reduction in 34 cases (65.4%), localized decrease in 18 cases (34.6%), and after treatment, liver density recovered in 49 patients. Conclusion Acute pancreatitis is closely related to fatty liver, which is the major cause of the decrease of hepatic density in CT.
