MRI、MSCT联合应用在结肠癌术前T分期诊断中的价值分析

目的分析MRI和多层螺旋CT(MSCT)联合应用在结肠癌术前T分期诊断中的应用价值。方法此次研究入选的结肠癌患者60例,其入院时间为2016年2月—2017年3月,所有患者的疾病均由病理证实。随后对患者实施MRI联合MSCT扫描,最后将T分期结果与病理结果进行比对和总结。结果在结肠癌术前T分期中MRI和MSCT扫描联合应用,T1~2准确率为85.0%,T3准确率为86.7%,T4准确率为80.0%,同病理结果存在一致性。结论在结肠癌术前T分期诊断中MRI和MSCT扫描联合应用,可以使准确率进行提升,同时有助于后续治疗方案的拟定,还可以使患者的远期生存率提升,鉴于联合诊断具有一定的优势。

Objective To evaluate the value of MRI combined with multislice spiral CT （MSCT） enhanced scan in the diagnosis of preoperative T stage of colorectal cancer. Methods ＇60 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were enrolled in this study. From February 2016 to March 2017, all patients＇ illnesses were confirmed by pathological results. Then the patients were followed by MRI and MRI combined with multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） enhanced scan, and finally the T stage results were compared and summarized. Results The intensity of T1-2 was 85.0%, the accuracy ofT3 was 86.7%, and the accuracy ofT4 was 80.0% by MRI combined with MSCT. Conclusion MRI combined with MSCT enhanced scan in the diagnosis of preoperative T stage of eolorectal cancer can improve the accuracy rate and help the follow - up treatment plan. It can also make the patient＇s long - term survival rate Enhance, in view of the joint diagnosis has certain advantages, which can be further practice in clinical practice.
