支架取栓术对急性基底动脉闭塞取栓效果和神经功能评分研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨支架取栓术应用于急性基底动脉闭塞患者对其血管再通情况及神经功能影响。方法选取急性基底动脉闭塞患者52例作为研究对象。其中25例患者采取尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗作为静脉溶栓组,另外27例患者采取Solitaire支架取栓术治疗作为血管取栓组。于治疗6个月后,统计两组患者的血管再通率和神经功能的变化。结果治疗6个月后,血管取栓组NIHSS评分的(18.47±1.68)分,低于静脉溶栓组的(24.82±1.97)分,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,血管取栓组血管再通率为85.19%,高于静脉溶栓组(56.00%),组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支架取栓术可改善急性基底动脉闭塞患者血管再通和神经功能,适用于临床治疗。 Objective To investigate the effect of stent thrombectomy on vascular rccanalization and neurological function in patients with acute basilar artery occlusion. Methods 52 patients with acute basilar artery occlusion were selected as the study subjects. 25 patients were treated With intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase as an intravenous thrombolysis group, and 27 patients underwent Solitaire stent thrombectomy as a vascular cmbolectomy group. After 6 months treatment, the recanalization rate and neurological function of the two groups were counted. Result After 6 months of treatment, the NIHSS score was (18.47 ± 1.68) points in the blood vessel embolectomy group, which was lower than that in the intravenous thrombolysis group (24.82 ± 1.97) points, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). After 6 months treatment, the recanalization rate of the vascular embolectomy group was 85.19%, higher than that of the intravenous thrombolysis group (56.00%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The stent thrombectomy can improve the recanalization and nerve function for the patients with acute basilar artery occlusion. It is suitable for clinical treatment.
