三血管(气管)切面联合肺门部大血管横切面预测胎儿心脏锥干系统疾病 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究三血管(气管)切面(3VV及3VT)联合肺门部大血管横切面对胎儿心脏锥干系统疾病的诊断价值。方法 33例经本院产前超声心动图诊断为锥干系统疾病的胎儿作为研究对象,分析其三血管(气管)切面及肺门部大血管横切面的超声特点。结果 3VV及3VT诊断锥干系统疾病总体诊断率高达87.88%,肺门部大血管横切面总体诊断率高达90.91%。结论 3VV及3VT联合肺门部大血管横切面可以提高胎儿心脏锥干系统疾病的检出率及准确性。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of three vessels (trachea) section (3VV and 3VT) combined with the great pulmonary vessels transection on the fetal heart cone dry system diseases. Methods 33 cases of fetal diseases diagnosed by prenatal echocardiography in our hospital were analyzed. The ultrasonic features of the transverse section of the three vessels (trachea) and the major pulmonary vessels were analyzed.Results The overall diagnostic rate of 3VV and 3VT in diagnosis of cone stem system disease was as high as 87.88%. The overall diagnosis rate of transverse section ofhilar vessels was as high as 90.91%. Conclusion 3VV and 3VT combined with transverse section of the great pulmonary vessels can improve the detection rate and accuracy of fetal heart cone dry system diseases.
