摘要
目的综合分析可吸收螺钉及金属螺钉内固定治疗胫腓骨折的效果及对患者T细胞亚群和s IL-2R水平的影响。方法选取2014年11月—2016年11月在本院收治的70例胫腓骨折患者作为研究对象。按照入院顺序,将其随机分为可吸收组(应用可吸收螺钉治疗方法,35例)与金属组(应用金属螺钉内固定治疗方法,35例)。采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件对两组患者术后血清炎症介质含量(降钙素原、抵抗素、C反应蛋白)、术后血清中应激激素含量(去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、皮质醇)以及T细胞亚群(采用冻干抗体致敏红细胞花环法)和s IL-2R(采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法)水平进行分析。结果可吸收组患者降钙素原、抵抗素、C反应蛋白等术后血清炎症介质含量以及去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、皮质醇等术后血清中应激激素含量低于金属组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);可吸收组患者的CD3、CD4均高于金属组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);可吸收组患者s IL-2R水平低于金属组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可吸收螺钉治疗胫腓骨折的效果显著高于金属螺钉内固定治疗,显著改善患者的T细胞亚群和s IL-2R水平。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the effects of absorbable screw and metal screw fixation on the treatment of tibia fracture and the effect on the level of patients' T cell subgroups and sIL-2R. Methods 70 cases of tibiofibular fracture treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into absorbable group (absorbable screw treatment method, 35 cases) and metal group (using metal screw internal fixation treatment, 35 cases). Using SPSS 20.0 statistical software on serum inflammatory mediators in two groups of patients with postoperative (procaleitonin, C-reactive protein, resistin) stress hormone content of postoperative serum (norepinephrine, epinephrine, cortisol) and T cell subsets (using lyophilized antibody sensitized red cell rosette test (sIL-2R) and using double antibody enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay) level analysis. Results The Level of serum inflammatory mediators after procalcitonin, resistin, C reactive protein and the levels of stress hormone in serum after norepinephrine, epinephrine, cortisol in absorbable group were lower than those in the metal group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The CD3 and CD4 of the patients in the absorbable group were higher than those in the metal group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The slL-2R level of the patients in the absorbable group was lower than that in the metal group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of absorbable screws on tibia sural fracture is significantly higher than that of metal screw fixation, which significantly improves the patients' T cell subgroup and slL-2R level.
