碘伏在骨科围手术期中的临床应用和进展

碘伏(聚维酮碘,povidone-iodine,PVP-I)是碘和表面活性剂通过络合的方式而形成的不定型络合物,所以也叫络合碘。由于碘伏具有广谱、稳定、安全的杀菌性能,被当作皮肤消毒剂广泛应用于临床。本文以碘伏的作用机制与影响因素,以及在骨科患者术前皮肤切口消毒、术中切口浸泡冲洗和术后防治感染的应用和发展进行综述,为骨科围手术期中更合理有效地使用碘伏提供参考。

Povidone iodine （povidone-iodine, PVP-I） is iodine and the surfactant through the complex form of the formation of the amorphous complex, it is also called complex iodine. As povidone-iodine has a broad spectrum, stable, safe sterilization performance, is widely used as a skin disinfectant clinical. In this paper, the mechanism and influencing factors of iodophor, and the application and development of skin incision disinfection, intraoperative incision and flushing and postoperative prevention and treatment of infection in orthopedic patients were reviewed.
