丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗对急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分和Barthel指数改善效果

The Effect of Diphenophthalate Combined With Edaravone on NIHSS and Barthel Index in Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的研究丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的146例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象。将其随机平均分成对照组(73例)及观察组(73例)。对照组患者给予依达拉奉治疗;观察组患者在此基础上,联合丁苯酞进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及NIHSS评分和Barthel指数。结果治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数和治疗总有效率均高于对照组,组间对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效显著且安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 146 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into the control group （73 cases） and the observation group （73 cases）. The patients in control group were treated with edaravone, the patients in the observation group were treated with butylphthalide on this basis, the clinical efficacy, NIHSS score and Barthel index were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the Barthel index and the total effective rate were higher than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conelusion The clinical efficacy of terphenyl phthalate combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant and safe.
