紫杉醇应用于癌症治疗期间的不良反应与防治探讨

To Investigate the Adverse Effects of Paclitaxel in the Treatment of Cancer and the Corresponding Prevention and Treatment Measures

目的探究紫杉醇应用于癌症治疗过程中出现的不良反应现象及相应的防治措施。方法选择2016年3月—2017年4月我院临床中收治的接受紫杉醇进行治疗的癌症患者110例作为观察对象。将其随机分成两组,每组各55例患者。对照组患者实施常规紫杉醇治疗;实验组患者对照组基础上,实施紫杉醇不良反应的防治措施。观察两组癌症患者不良反应发生率、生活质量评分及满意度评分。结果两组癌症患者的不良反应发生率、生活质量评分及满意度评分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对应用紫杉醇进行治疗的癌症患者实施不良反应的防治措施效果显著,能减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the adverse effects of paclitaxel in the treatment of cancer and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures. Methods 110 patients with cancer treated with paelitaxel in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, 55 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional paclitaxel treatment; Patients in the experimental grouP on the basis of the control group, implemented control measures of paclitaxel adverse reactions. The incidence rate of adverse reactions, quality of life score and satisfaction score of two groups of cancer patients were observed. Results The incidence of adverse reactions, quality of life score and satisfaction score of the two groups of cancer patients were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of cancer patients with paclitaxel is effective and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
