青春期功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)临床上简称为功血,属于常见的一类青春期少女疾病,以20岁以下的少女较为多见,是由于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能失调导致的异常子宫出血症状,某些患者存在长时间淋漓不尽的少量出血症状,另外还有部分患者在短时间停经后,又可突然出现大量的持续性阴道流血症状,更有甚者将存在中度与重度贫血,需要进行住院治疗。一旦患病容易引发乏力、贫血等症状,导致对日常生活与学习造成严重的影响,使得患者的身心健康与身体发育受到影响。以往临床上对该类疾病患者多半选择雌激素、孕激素进行大剂量止血治疗,但是在治疗过程中容易引发相应的不良反应,给药间隔较为频繁,导致患者的依从性不佳,容易引发不遵医嘱用药的情况。因此,加强该类疾病患者的临床治疗意义重大。本文对DUB患者主要分析了炔雌醇环丙孕酮(达英-35)的治疗效果,详情综述如下。
