计卫整合下街道社区网底的育龄妇女健康促进策略研究进展

Strategies to Promote the Research Progress of the Back of the Street Community Health of Women of Childbearing Age Hygiene and Integration

计划生育政策自从其实行以来,对我国人口资源的矛盾进行了有效的缓解。然而伴随着社会与经济的发展,计划生育服务内容也在随之变化,计生和卫生的部分职能已经出现部分相同。然而因为一些历史因素,导致出现重复建设等问题,使得计生资源与卫生资源都被浪费。为了更好的发挥出计生资源与卫生资源的作用,实现两者的相互协同。本文分析了当前计划生育和卫生资源整合情况、社区健康教育与健康促进情况、健康教育与健康促进对育龄妇女提升健康素养水平的意义,是对基于计卫资源整合背景下依托街道社区网底的育龄妇女的健康促进策略的进行初探。

The family planning policy has effectively alleviated the contradiction between population and resources in China since it was actually implemented. However, with the development of society and economy, the content of family planning services has also changed. Some of the functions of family planning and health care have been partly the same. However, because of some historical factors, resulting in repeated construction. This paper analyzes the current situation of family planning and health resource integration, community health education and promotion, and the significance of health education and health promotion to improve the health literacy level of women of childbearing age, and which is a preliminary study on the strategies of health promotion for women of childbearing age relying on community net bottom under backgrounds of integrating family planning and health resources.
