摘要
目的探析机械通气联用镇静剂和肌肉松弛剂治疗重症哮喘患者的临床效果及护理措施。方法选取我院接受机械通气联用镇静剂、肌肉松弛剂治疗的重症哮喘患者148例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为两组,每组各74例。参照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者应用综合护理,对两组患者抑郁、焦虑程度及护理满意度进行统计比较。结果观察组患者抑郁评分为(41.6±3.5)分、焦虑评分为(40.8±3.8)分,均低于参照组患者的(48.9±4.2)分、(47.8±4.3)分,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为97.3%,高于参照组患者的81.1%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症哮喘患者机械通气联用镇静剂和肌肉松弛剂治疗中应用综合护理是一种值得临床推广与应用的护理方式。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing measures of mechanical ventilation combined with sedatives and muscle relaxants in the treatment of severe asthma patients. Methods 148 patients with severe asthma enrolled in our hospital who received mechanical ventilation treatment combined with sedative and muscle relaxant were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 74 cases in the reference group were given routine nursing care, while the other 74 cases in the observation group received comprehensive nursing care, the two groups of patients with depression, anxiety and nursing satisfaction were statistically compared. Results The score of depression in the observation group was (41.6 ± 3.5) points, and the anxiety score was (40.8 ± 3.8) points, which was significantly lower than that of the reference group (48.9 ± 4.2) points, (47.8 ± 4.3) points, and there was statistical difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group of 81.1%, and there was statistical di)'ference between the groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of severe asthma patients by mechanical ventilation combined with sedatives and muscle relaxants is a nursing method worthy of clinical popularization and application.
