下肢静脉曲张腔内射频消融术结合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗的护理

Nursing Care of Patients With Lower Extremity Varicose Veins Treated by Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation Combined With Foam Sclerotherapy

目的探讨下肢静脉曲张腔内射频消融术结合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗的护理措施。方法选取我院2016年11月—2017年8月收治的46例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象。根据护理方式不同,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组均为23例患者。对照组采用常规护理,而观察组患者采用优化护理。观察与比较分析两组患者临床治疗情况。结果 (1)观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢静脉曲张腔内射频消融术结合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗时,对患者进行优化护理,可显著改善患者病情,减少了临床不良反应发生率与复发率情况,有利于患者术后预后。

Objective To explore the nursing measures of lower extremity varicose vein radiofrequency ablation combined with foam agent injection in the treatment of atherosclerosis. Methods 46 patients with varicose vein of lower extremity patients admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, 23 cases of patients in each group. The control group used the routine nursing care, while the observation group was treated with optimal care. Observation on and comparison of two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Results （1） the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. （2） the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The lower extremity varicose vein radiofrequency ablation combined with foam sclerotherapy, optimize the care of patients, can significantly improve the patient＇s condition, reduce the incidence and recurrence rate of clinical adverse reactions, have the prognosis for patients after surgery.
