疼痛教育在晚期肿瘤患者癌痛控制中的应用效果分析

目的探讨对晚期肿瘤患者癌痛进行控制中展开疼痛教育的效果。方法选取我院2015年8月—2017年6月治疗的晚期肿瘤患者45例作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组。一般组(n=22)采用常规疼痛护理,教育组(n=23)采用常规护理同时展开疼痛教育,对比观察两组患者的疼痛控制情况。结果干预后,教育组NRS评分、每天爆发痛次数均少于一般组,且教育组癌痛知识知晓度评分为(92.30±2.74)分,高于一般组的(74.32±3.57)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于晚期肿瘤患者展开疼痛教育可使癌痛控制有效性提升。

Objective To investigate the effect of education pain in the control of cancer pain in patients with advanced cancer. Methods 45 patients with advanced cancer treated in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. The general group （n=22） received conventional pain care, the education group （n=23） received routine care and pain education at the same time. The pain control of the two groups was observed and compared. Results After the intervention, the education group NRS score, daily pain number in the education group were less than those of general groups. The cancer awareness score of the education group was （92.30 ± 2.74） points, which were higher than general group （74.32 ± 3.57） points, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with advanced tumor, the spread of pain education can improve the efficacy of cancer pain control.
