医护一体化护理模式在保胆取石术患者中的应用

Application of Integrated Nursing Care Model in Patients Undergoing Preserving lithotomy

目的:探讨医护一体化护理模式在保胆取石术患者中的应用效果。方法:将72例保胆取石术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组实施基础干预模式,观察组实施医护一体化护理模式,比较两组干预效果。结果:两组术前准备时间、操作时间、住院时间、差错事件发生率及满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化护理模式可保证保胆取石术患者手术顺利实施,改善预后,减少差错事件,提高满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of integrated nursing care model in patients undergoing preserving lithotomy. Methods： A total of 72 patients who received preserving lithotomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group. The control group was given the basic nursing intervention mode,and the observation group was treated with the integrated nursing care model. The intervention effects between the two groups were compared. Results： The differences of preoperative preparation time,operation time,hospitalization time,erroneous event rate and satisfaction degree between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The integrated nursing care model can guarantee the successful implementation of the operation of preserving lithotomy,improve the prognosis,reduce the error events and improve the satisfaction.
