摘要
为迎合当今汽车行业正推行的工业4.0的需求,与企业的智能制造系统相匹配,就必须创建相应的产品制造质量保证机制。以国内某主流发动机厂刚完成的"透明化工厂"项目为例,介绍了如何以优化的"q_DAS统计分析软件"为基础,通过强化数据收集、分析,实现网络化生产过程实时监控的全过程。同时,利用所建立的质量数据可视化三层系统构架,使企业中相关人员能方便、直观地对获得的数据进行评估。实践表明,将互联网技术渗入生产过程,并对获取的信息进行分析后,可形成完整的、很有意义的PDCA闭环。
In order to meet the requirements of industry 4.0 in today's automobile industry, and to match the intelligent manufacturing system of enterprises, it is necessary to establish corresponding product manufacturing quality assurance system. Taking "transparent factory" project which has just been completed by a mainstream domestic engine plant as an example, this paper introduces how to realize the whole process of real-time monitoring network of the production process through strengthening the data collection and analysis, based on the optimization of the "q_DAS statistical analysis software". At the same time, by using the three-layer system structure of the established quality data visualization, the relevant personnel in the enterprises can easily and intuitively evaluate the obtained data. The practice indicates that after the Internet technology is deeply applied to the production process and the obtained information is analyzed, a complete and meaningful PDCA closed loop can be formed.
