摘要
加氢反应器壳体内壁通常需制作支撑凸台以装配内件,较大的堆焊量导致焊后产生高水平的焊接残余应力,经消除应力热处理后在焊趾处产生裂纹,从焊接工艺和材料冶金两方面因素进行原因分析,说明了凸台堆焊裂纹防治的关键在于焊接方法的正确使用和严格的工艺过程控制。
The inwall of hydrogenation reactor shell usually needs supporting lug boss to assemble internals, but a larger amount of surfacing welding leads to the generation of a high-level welding residual stress after the welding,and after the stress relief heat treatment there appear cracks at the weld toe. This paper analyzes the causes from two aspects of welding technology and materials metallurgy, and illustrates the key of preventing and controlling the welding crack of the lug boss lies in the correct use of welding methods and strict process control.
