摘要
反动式通流技术在东方汽轮机已经取得工程应用经验,本文对某项目筒形超高压内缸加工制造过程中最关键的车削工序工艺过程进行了较为深入的探讨,优化了该新型关键部件加工的加工工艺。重点分析了工序流程、装夹支撑、T型槽及静叶车削、红套等工艺问题,解决了狭小空间车削加工及其稳定性控制、筒形内缸红套前后尺寸控制等加工难点。
The engineering application experience of reaction flow technology has been obtained in Dongfang Turbine co. Ltd.(DTC). This paper deeply discusses the most important technical process of turning processing in the manufacturing process of cylindric ultrahigh-pressure inner-cylinder in a project, optimizes the processing techniques of processing such new key components. It emphatically analyzes technological problems as the process flow, the clamping support, T slot and stationary blades turning, shrunk-on, etc., and solves the processing difficulties of the narrow space turning processing and its stability control, and the size control before and after the shrunk-on of the cylindric inner-cylinders.
