结合3D打印技术提升高职锻压专业教学效果的探索与实践——以四川工程职业技术学院为例

摘要 鉴于高职锻压专业面向国家基础工业,是我国实现制造业强国的根本保障之一,但可借鉴的高职教学经验少,培养目标与学生的从业状况之间存在着矛盾。文章将3D打印技术融入专业教学之中,从教学内容、方法、资源库建设和效果评价等方面进行了探索实践。结果表明在教学过程中融入3D打印技术,不仅能提高学生的学习兴趣和主动性,同时有助于培养学生的职业素养和创新精神,缓解教学矛盾,满足高端技能人才的新需求。 As the forging major at higher vocational college faces directly to the national basic industry, which is one of the fundamental guarantees to realize the manufacturing powerhouse for China. However, there are few teaching experiences, and there is a contradiction between the training objectives and the employment situations. In this paper, the 3 D printing technology is integrated into the professional teaching, and the teaching content and method, resource library construction and the effect evaluation are explored. The result shows that the integration of3 D printing technology in the teaching process can not only improve the students' learning interest and initiative,but also cultivate students' professional quality and innovative spirit, relieve the contradiction between teaching and learning, and meet the new demand of highly skilled talents.
