摘要
教育学专业在师范院校由三级向二级过渡之前发挥了重要作用,但随着师范教育的转型、社会对教师素质要求的提高,教育学专业的发展面临着巨大的挑战。新建地方师范院校的教育学专业由于发展时间短、基础薄弱、师资力量不足,面临着更多的问题。应结合地方发展实际,在培养目标、课程体系、与中小学教学实践结合方面作出调整。
The specialty of Education has played an important part in teachers colleges before China's teachers education changed from a 3-level structure to present 2-level structure. However, the development of the specialty, esp. those in the newly-buih local normal universities short of adequate teaching staff and lacking in solid foundation, is being challenged by current transition of teacher education and higher social demands over teachers qualities. This requires that adjustment should be made in talent cultivation goals, curriculum and combination with teaching practice in fundamental education while taking local conditions into consideration.
