我国现代学徒制研究:文献综述与未来展望——基于CNKI收录期刊文献的分析

A Study on China's Modern Apprenticeship: Literature Review and Prospects——Based on an Analysis of the Literature in CNKI Jounals

鉴于现代学徒制在我国职业教育领域的实践范围不断扩展,需要对现有的理论与实践研究结果进行梳理,从而为现代学徒制未来在我国的本土化提供借鉴和参考。文中以"现代学徒制"作为主题通过CNKI进行文献资料检索,分别从国外研究、理论研究、培养模式实践、制度分析、现状与策略五个维度对我国现代学徒制进行评述,同时对相关文献综述进行分析后,提出未来需要关注的六个问题。

In view of the application of modern apprenticeship to China＇s vocational education, it is necessary to sort out relevant research results in theory and practice so as to provide beneficial references for its future localization in China. In this paper, a review was made on it in 5 dimensions, namely, foreign studies, theoretical researches, cultivation model practice, system analysis and current status and strategies based on the literature retrieved from CNKI with ＂Modern Apprenticeship＂ as the subject. After an analysis on these literature, 6 issues were put forward to which attention should be oaid in the future.
