基于结构方程模型的大学生创业倾向影响因素研究

A Study on the Factors Influencing University Students' Entrepreneurial Intentions Based on a Structural Equation Model

在相关文献的基础上提出假设,采用问卷调查和结构方程模型的方法,对大学生创业倾向影响因素及内部相关程度进行实证分析,构建大学生创业倾向影响因素结构方程模型。研究表明,创业环境、创业态度、个人特质、人物影响等因素对大学生创业倾向具有显著影响,并据此提出相关建议。

Guided by a hypothesis based on relevant literature,a structural equation model was formulated for the factors influencing university students＇ entrepreneurial tendency through an empirical analysis of these factors and mutual correlation by means of questionnaire survey and structural equation model. The result shows that factors like external environment, individual attitudes, personal traits and other people ＇ s influences can remarkably affect a university student ＇ s inclination for business starting. According to the result,the author proposed some relevant suggestion.
