校政企共建“厂中校”合作培养“互联网+”人才的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation of “Internet+” Talents in a “School-in-Factory” Mode Based on the University-government-enterprise Cooperation

作为倡导"主动服务、超前服务、优质服务"理念的地方高校,马鞍山师范高等专科学校采取政府、学校和企业三方合作办学的模式,在马鞍山市企业集中的软件园建立了软件与互联网学院。这种"厂中校"模式打破了学校和企业的"围墙",利用互联网技术改造学校传统专业,促进了产教深度融合和校企无缝对接。学院落户软件园,依据企业需求进行专业设置和课程改革,采取"订单"培养模式,为企业量身定制人才培养计划,有针对性地培养高质量技能型人才。

Maanshan Teachers College,a local university driven by the idea of ＂ active,foresighted and quality service＂,established a school of software and internet in the Software Park of Maanshan City based on the university-government-enterprise cooperation in which the barriers between universities and enterprises are removed so that industries and education will be integrated better than before. The school has already begun to reform traditional specialties and courses according to the demands of enterprises in the Software Park and applied a new cultivation mode where skill-oriented quality talents are customized to the order of specific enterprises.
