应急库护士进行突发公共事件应急能力理论与技能培训的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Emergency Library Nurses on Emergency Public Emergency Ability Theory and Skill Training

目的:探讨应急库护士进行突发公共事件应急能力理论与技能培训的效果分析。方法:对突发公共卫生事件应急库护士15名,突发自然灾害应急库护士15名,人力资源储备应急库护士62名,共计92名护士进行培训。培训内容:急救理论知识培训、急救技能培训、急救流程培训。结果:(1)培训后,急救理论知识考核成绩明显高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.58,P<0.01)。(2)培训后,急救技能考核成绩明显高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.58,P<0.01)。(3)培训前护士应急流程执行合格率71.05%,培训后97.08%,培训后合格率显著提高。培训后,护士急救过程执行时间较前明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.81,P<0.01)。结论:培训后护士对急救技能及理论知识掌握明显提高,对应急流程执行的合格率显著增高,在急救过程中执行时间明显缩短,研究表明此方法能有效地锻炼和提高护士应对各类公共突发事件的能力。

Objective： To explore the effect of emergency nurses on the theory and skills training of emergency response ability.Methods： to train the nursing staff, include public health emergency staffing pool 15 people, sudden natural disasters emergency base 15 people, human resources reserve emergency library nurses 62 people, a total of 92 people. Training content： first aid theory knowledge training, first aid skills training, first aid process training.Results：（1）After training,the scores of first aid theory were significantly higher than those before training,the difference was statistically significant（t=-2.58,P〈0.O1）.（2） After training,the performance of first aid skills was significantly higher than that before training, the difference was statistically significant （t=-2.58,P〈O.O1）.（3） Pre-training nurses emergency process implementation rate of 71.05% ,97.08% after training, training, significantly improved the pass rate.After training, the execution time of the first aid procedure was significantly shorter than that of the nurses.The difference was statistically significant （t=2.81,P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The training of the nurses after the first aid operation and theoretical knowledge to master significantly improved,the qualified rate of emergency process is significantly increased,the execution time was significantly shorter in the first aid process,in the study shows that this method can effectively exercise and improve the ability of nurses to deal with all kinds of public emergencies.
