加强服务型党组织建设推进高校学生党建“两学一做”常态化

"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化对提升高校学生党建工作科学化具有重要的现实指导意义,同时构建服务型学生党组织也是高校党建"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化具体的实践。针对当前服务型高校学生党组织建设存在的不足与挑战,结合"两学一做"对高校服务型学生党组织建设的启示,高校应该以"坚持群众路线,筑牢思想根基,践行服务理念;坚持从严治党,锻造先进队伍,提升服务能力;围绕人才培养,搭建多元载体,拓展服务平台;围绕立德树人,完善评议制度,健全服务机制"为路径,完善服务型学生党组织建设,推进高校学生党建"两学一做"常态化制度化。

Normalized and systematized party building studies by means of reinforcing the construction of service-oriented party organization of university students is of great practical significance for the scientific party building among university students. To remedy the defects in current construction of such party organizations,a university should try to promote the normalization and systematization of party building of university students and perfect the construction of service-oriented party organizations on the basis of the inspiration of party building studies on the construction of service-oriented students party organization by way of enforcing the philosophy of service by adhering to mass line and building a strong ideological foundation,improving service by enforcing party discipline, establishing more service platforms on pluralistic carriers for talent cultivation and refining service mechanisms by improving appraisal system for moral education.
