当前中国职业教育国际化的新自由制度主义理论探讨

A Theoretical Study on Neo-liberal Institutionalism for the Internationalization of China's Vocational Education

相互依赖程度不断加深的国际社会,为推动中国职业教育国际化提供了广阔空间和难得机遇。目前中国职业教育国际化进程中面临的问题,主要表现为职业教育国际合作还缺乏广泛性、长期性和稳定性,解决当前中国职业教育国际化面临问题的关键是建立国际合作机制;中国职业教育国际化的发展趋势在于建立多边的、跨洲的、多维的联系与合作,但在这种联系与合作中,各国之间并不意味着同质,也不意味着平等。

The increasingly interdependent international community has offered vast space and valuable opportunities for China to internationalize her vocational education. However,it has to be pointed out that international cooperation in China＇s vocational education lacks in extensiveness,stability and sustainability.To solve the problem,a multilateral,transcontinental and multi-dimensional international liaison and cooperation mechanism has to be established. However,such a liaison and cooperation does not necessarily means homogeneity and equality for all the countries.
