摘要
对论坛中的用户进行有效识别,可以为企业搜集相应的市场信息,使其把握市场动态,从而作出正确的决策。利用爬虫技术和主成分分析方法,结合收集到的论坛用户的发帖数量、回帖数量、威望、精华等数据资料进行分析,识别出言论领袖,进而确认特定用户的商业价值。
Effective identification of BBS users is able to help with a company's decision making based on collected market data and tendencies. In the study,the web crawler technology and principal component analysis are applied to an analysis of the data such as the number of posting and replay,value of prestige and rating of users to pick out opinion leaders and identify their business values.
