苦参素注射液致静脉炎20例分析

Analysis of 20 Cases of Phlebitis Caused by Marine Injection

对2016年4月~2017年4月临床收集的20例苦参素注射液所致静脉炎进行统计分析,探讨该药致静脉炎的原因,为临床合理应用提供参考。20例静脉炎以中青年男性患者为主。静脉炎发生原因与给药浓度高、静脉细弯有关,使药物在血管局部浓度偏高,刺激血管壁,因而易发生静脉炎。此外,用药时间越长,静脉炎的严重程度越高。临床应重视该药所致的静脉炎,并加强用药监护。

Phlebitis caused by Marine injections was investigated to provide reference for clinical rational application. Twenty patients with phlebitis caused by Marine injections collected from April 2016 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed by using excel 2007. The 20 cases of phlebitis displayed that young middle-aged male were the major sufferers. High concentrations of intravenous infusions and thin curved veins that stimulated the blood vessel walls were more prone to phlebitis. In addition, the longer the usage of drugs, the higher the severity of phlebitis was found. Clinical attention should be paid to the phlebitis of Marine injections and the medication monitoring should be strengthened.
