摘要 主要针对页岩气水基钻井液难点设计了一种纳米材料钻井液体系。我们主要通过添加混合好的纳米材料复合剂和少量高效润滑剂来达到钻井液封堵性和润滑性优良的目的。同时评价了该体系流变性能和热稳定性等基本性能,对比了该钻井液体系封堵抑制性能、润滑性能和抗侵污性能,其综合性能接近油基钻井液,具备了页岩气开发水基钻井液所需的各种重要性能,同时也达到了降本增效的目的。 A drilling fluid system of nanometer material is designed for the difficulty of shale water based drilling fluid. The purpose of plugging and lubricity of drilling fluid is achieved by adding a good combination of nano-material, composite agent and a small amount of high efficiency lubricant. At the same time, evaluated the performance of the basic rheological properties and thermal stability, compared the drilling fluid plugging suppres- sion, lubrication and anti contamination performance, its comprehensive performance is close to the oil based drilling fluid has various important properties of water-based drilling fluid shale gas development needs, but also achieve the cost reduction objective.
