摘要 针对大庆油田某三元复合驱区块,注入井剖面动用不均匀,低压井所占比例大;采出井受效不均衡,区块高含水油井所占比例高等问题,开展了三元复合驱区块整体调剖技术攻关应用。由于三元复合驱储层中同时存在碱、表活剂,近井地带pH值高,整体调剖选择了耐碱颗粒调剖剂及抗碱多元络合凝胶,进行段塞组合应用,即先大剂量注入耐碱颗粒调剖剂,再注入凝胶型调剖剂使其充填到颗粒调剖剂形成的骨架内,可阻止后续注入液的窜流,并与颗粒调剖剂协同作用形成具有较高强度和较强耐冲刷的调剖剂屏障,从而强化段塞整体流动性,既可提高调剖后水驱突破压力梯度,又能明显改善其封堵率。 In view of a certain ASP-flooding block's problems in Daqing oilfield, including injection-well uneven producing profile, high proportion of low-pressure wells, unbalanced production-well response, and high proportion of high water cut wells, the application of integral profile control technology in ASP flooding block is launched. The alkali-resisting particle profile control agent and alkali-resisting multivariate complex gel are selected for the integral profile control because of the existence of alkali, surfactant and immediate vicinity of wellbore's high-HP environment. Slug's combining application is launched by injecting high-dosage alkali- resisting particle profile control agent first and injecting gel then so that gel would be able to fill the particle- formed framework, stop the follow-up injection grout's channehng, form a high-intensity & high-washing-out- resistance profile controlling barriers. It's able to enhance the slug's integral fluidity, improve the after-profile- control breakthrough pressure gradient and significantly improve blank off efficiency.
