摘要
本文分析了重晶石的粒径级配、化学螯合剂的作用对高密度水基钻井液性能的影响,不仅能够增强重晶石颗粒表面电位、亲水性、结构活性及稳定性,而且改性后的重晶石加入高密度水基钻井液后,具有较好的悬浮、降粘效果,研究结果表明:不同级配活化重晶石能够改善高密度水基钻井液的粘度和沉降稳定性。
This paper analyzes the influence on the barite of particle size grading and Chemical chelating a- gent to the properties of high density water-base drilling fluid, which not only enhanced barite particles surface po- tential, hydrophilic, the structure activity and stability,but modified barite joined into high density water-base drilling fluid,it has good effect of suspension, viscosity, which testify different gradation activation at the barite which can improve high density water-base drilling fluid viscosity and stability of subsidence.
