摘要
开发了一种2-氰基-2,3-二烃基丁二酸酯类化合物的合成路线,并确定了最佳反应条件。该反应路线反应效率较高,并且能够避免废水的产生,极大地降低了后处理的成本。该路线在第二步通过换用不同的卤代烃,在基本相同的条件下可以制备不同结构的2-氰基-2,3-二烃基丁二酸酯化合物,尤其适合制备非对称烷基的2-氰基-2,3-二烃基丁二酸酯。该路线使得这类化合物的生产能够较容易的实现多样化,系列化和工业化,从而能够将使用该类化合物作为内给电子体的Ziegler-Natta聚丙烯催化剂产品差异化,系列化和高性能化。
A synthetic route of 2-cyano-2,3-di-alkyl succinic acid diester compounds was developed and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. This route has high reaction efficiency and no waste water was pro- duced during the refinement, thus greatly reduce the cost of treatment. The 2-cyano-2,3-di-alkyl suecinie acid di- ester derivatives of different structures can be easily prepared in the same condition by using different alkyl halide in the second reaction step especially the asymmetric 2-cyano-2,3-di-alkyl succinie acid diester. The diversified, serialized and industrialized of the production can easily achieved through this synthetic route and then the Ziegler-Natta polypropylene catalyst products with these compounds as an internal donor can be differentiated, se- rialized and with high performance.
