Status and Prospect of Research on Functional Brown Sugar

综述了近十年来国内主要功能红糖的研发状况,对功能红糖的分类、工艺、功效进行了阐述。以期为国内制订功能红糖行业标准提供有效数据,并对将来功能红糖的发展前景做出展望。

The domestic development of functional brown sugar in recent ten years was summarized, moreover, classify, technology and health care effect of functional brown sugar was discussed. The aim of this paper was to provide effective data for setting industrial standard of producing functional brown sugar in our country and predicting the development of functional brown sugar in the future.
