Analysis on Strengthening the Training of Middle-Level Cadres in Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions

农业科技创新能力的迅猛发展对农业科研院所中层干部素质、能力提出了更高的要求,加强中层干部培训成为农业科研院所建设的迫切需要。文章阐述了加强农业科研院所中层干部培训的重要意义,分析了农业科研院所中层干部培训存在的问题,提出了加强培训需求分析、完善培训内容、整合培训资源、创新培训方式方法、科学评估考核等加强农业科研院所中层干部培训的建议。

The rapid development of agricultural science and technology makes higher requirements to the middle-level cadres of agricultural research institutes. It is very necessary to strengthen the training of middle-level cadres in agricultural research institutes. In this paper, the analysis on the significance and existing problems about the training of middle-level cadres in agricuhural research institutes was finished. And the suggestions on how to improve it were made, such as training needs analysis, training content improvement, training resource integration, training style innovation, scientific evaluation, etc.
