农业科研院所青年人才发展需求分析与对策研究——以农业部环境保护科研监测所为例

Researches on Young Talents′ Development Demands in Agricultural Research Institutes and Countermeasures,Taking Agro-Environmental Protection Institute,MOA as an Example

在我国加快实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,青年人才的重要性越来越得以凸显。文章以农业部环境保护科研监测所为例,通过开展针对青年人才发展需求的调查,分析了青年人才工作、生活等现状,发现青年人才具有高度关注单位发展、对研究所提供的支持和培养有较高期望等需求,并从加强思想引领、创新工作方式、尊重青年个性发展等方面提出了加强青年人才工作的对策。

Under the background of speeding up the implementation of innovation driven development strategy in China, the importance of young talents is more and more highlighted. Taking the Agro-Environmental Protection Institute, Ministry of Agriculture as an example, we carried out investigation of young talents＇ development demands, analyzed the present situation of work and life of them. It was found that young talents paid more attention to institute＇s development, had higher expectation for support and training provided by the institute. Countermeasures for strengthening the ideological work of youth talents were put forward from aspects of strengthening the guidance for the ideology, innovating the way of youth work, respecting the young talents＇ personality development.
