摘要
传统的医药用纱布均由有梭织机织制,存在织造效率低、产品质量不高、生产环境差等问题。改造了有梭织机,将消极式开口机构改成积极式开口机构,将有梭引纬改成喷气引纬,将七齿轮卷取机构改成伺服电动机直接传动,同时取消了送经机构,通过优化喷气引纬工艺,使织机转速由180~200 r/min提高到360~400 r/min,织机效率达到96%以上,同时改善了工人的工作环境和劳动强度,给企业带来了较大的经济效益。
Traditional medicine gauze is weaved by shuttle loom, but there are many problems existed such as low weaving efficiency, low product quality and poor production environment. The shuttle loom is transformed, and the negative open mechanism is transformed to active one, the weft insertion in shuttle is transformed into weft insertion in air jet-loom, the seven gears mechanism is transformed into servo motor, and let-off mechanism is canceled at the same time. By optimizing the weft insertion parameters, the weaving speed improves from 180 - 200 r/min to 360 -400 r/min, loom efficiency is up to 96%, production environment and the intensity of labor improves, and larger economic benefit can be obtained for enterprise.
