摘要
选用28.5×2 tex澳毛/绢丝/苎麻50/30/20混纺纱线开发薄花呢类高档毛型休闲茄克面料。针对产品风格要求,进行了合理的纱线结构、配色设计及织物规格设计。同时,对产品生产过程中的关键工序如络筒、分条整经、剑杆织造及后整理工序进行了工艺参数优化,并指出各工序的技术要点,为开发同类产品提供参考。
The 28.5×2 tex blended yarns with 50/30/20 Australian wool/spun silk/ramie are used to develop high-grade wool type leisure jacket tweed fabric. According to the requirements of the product style, the reasonable yarn structure, color matching design and fabric specification design are carried out. At the same time, the process parameters in the production process such as winding, slitting, warp weaving and finishing are optimized. And the technical points of each process are pointed out to provide reference for the development of similar products.
