摘要
探讨了棉纤维与新型纤维素纤维混合产品定量分析中的d值。采用GB/T 2910.6—2009《纺织品定量化学分析第6部分:粘胶纤维、某些铜氨纤维、莫代尔纤维或莱赛尔纤维与棉的混合物(甲酸/氯化锌法)》中70℃法试验,发现棉纤维含量为50%时试验数据较为稳定,并确定了9种新型纤维素纤维完全溶解的时间和各混合物中棉纤维的d值。结果表明:竹浆纤维、Lightmax纤维、Outlast纤维、竹炭纤维、Newdal纤维和蚕蛹蛋白纤维的溶解时间为20 min,棉纤维d值接近且小于1;Viloft纤维、Formotex纤维与Richcel纤维的溶解时间较长,棉纤维d值大于1;采用d=1.03计算棉纤维含量,最大绝对误差为2.7%。结果认为:对棉与新型纤维素纤维混合产品进行定量分析时,需先确定棉的d值。
The d-value in quantitative analysis of cotton and new cellulose fibers mixed product is discussed. Using method of 70℃in GB/T 2910.6-2009 Textiles Quantitative chemical analysis part 6: mixture of viscose fiber, certain copper ammonia fibers, modelle fiber or lysel fiber and cotton (formic acid/zinc chloride), it is found that the test data is stable when the content of cotton fiber is 50%, and the dissolved time of 9 kinds of new cellulose fiber and d-value of cotton in each mixture is determined. The test result shows that the dissolved time of bamboo pulp fiber, Lightmax fiber, Outlast fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, Newdal fiber and pupa protein fiber are 20 min, the d-value of cotton fiber is approximated and less than 1, but the dissolved time of Viloft fiber, Formotex fiber and Richcel fiber is longer and the d-value of cotton fiber is more than 1. The d= 1.03 is used to caluculate the content of cotton fiber, and the maximum absolute error is 2.7%. It is considered that d-value of cotton should be determined before the quantitative analysis of cotton and new cellulose fibers mixed product.
