一维编织织物的编织参数与强伸性能关系研究

Relationship between weaving parameters and strong stretching properties of one-dimensional weaving products

摘要 对涤/棉(T/C)混纺纱一维线性编织织物的强伸性能与编织工艺之间的关系进行了试验研究。以T/C纱为原料,在不同的编织节距、编织速度和编织纱线根数条件下进行一维线性织物的编织,并对所编织物进行了强伸性能测试和数据分析。结果表明:节距对一维编织织物的断裂强度和断裂伸长率都有显著的影响;编织速度只对断裂伸长率有显著影响;参与编织的纱线数量对织物的断裂强度和断裂伸长率影响显著,总根数从48根增加到96根时,断裂强度下降28.7%,断裂伸长率提高28.2%。 The changes between strong stretching properties and weaving process of T/C blended yarn one-dimensional linear weaving products are researched. T/C blended yarn as raw material, one-dimensional linear products are mainly woven under the conditions of different weaving pitch, weaving speed and weaving yarn number. Then, a test and data analysis on strong stretching properties of the weaving products is carried out by universal testing machine. The results show that the weaving pitch has a significant impact on the strength and elongation of weaving products. The weaving speed only has a significant impact on breaking elongation. The weaving yarn number has a significant impact on strength and elongation of weaving products. Moreover, when the total number of root increases from 48 to 96, the breaking strength reduces by 28.7% and the breaking elongation increases by 28.2%.
