摘要 为了对新下线车辆进行跑偏量检测,该文设计了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的激光测距系统。该系统以工业PC作为主控制器,通过设备驱动程序来驱动数据采集卡,激光测距仪来测量目标车辆的距离,实现了对目标车辆距离的高精度测量。在软件设计上,以LabVIEW为开发平台,实现了数据采集、数据处理、测量结果显示、报表生成及打印等功能。实际应用表明,该系统测量精度高、实时性强、自动化程度高、运行稳定,可方便地应用于车辆跑偏量检测中。 A laser ranging system based on virtual instrument technology is designed for the purpose of driving-wan- dering test of offline vehicles. The system uses the industrial PC as the main controller,drives the data acquisition card through device driver,measures the distance of the target vehicle by a laser rangefinder,realizes high-accuracy measurement of the distance of target vehicle. As for the software design ,lots of functions are realized based on LabVIEW,such as data acquisition,data processing,result displaying,report generating and printing,etc. The practical application shows that the system has high accuracy,real-time performance,level of automation,and stability. It can be properly applied in vehicle driving-wandering test.
