摘要
脱模是卫浴产品注浆成型生产中的一个关键环节,也是适合实现自动化生产的环节。该文针对自动注浆成型生产线中自动脱模工艺需求,设计了基于汇川PLC和普洛菲斯触摸屏自动脱模控制系统,完成了控制系统的软硬件设计,主要阐述了控制系统的硬件设计、程序实现、配方存储原理。生产实践证明此控制系统运行稳定、操作灵活、达到工艺要求,取得了满意的控制效果。
Demould is a key link in sanitary product for slip casting,and is also a link that suitable for realizing automation production. For process requirements of automatic demould production line in slip casting,developed automatic demould control system based on Inovance＇s PLC and Proface＇s touch screen,completed design software and hardware of the control system,introduce hardware design of the control system,program implementation,formulation principle of storage. Production practice proved that this control system run stable,flexible operation,meet the process requirements,the satisfactory control results have been achieved.
