Analysis of Noise Reduction Transformation Standard for Existing Residential Buildings and Examples

针对既有住宅建筑隔声降噪改造,对隔声降噪改造设计及其效果评估中室内声环境噪声限值,以及外窗、户门、外墙、楼板等住宅建筑构件的隔声量限值应依据的标准进行比较分析。综合考虑规范适用范围、住宅室内允许噪声级及住宅建筑构件空气声计权隔声量要求等方面,全国范围的既有住宅隔声降噪改造可依据《民用建筑隔声设计规范》(GB 50118—2010)中的规定执行;上海市的既有住宅隔声降噪改造可参考《住宅设计标准》(DGJ 08—20—2013、J 10090—2013)的规定执行。选择上海市两栋既有住宅,应用《住宅设计标准》进行隔声降噪改造,改造前后室内外声环境噪声监测表明,标准对改造设计及评价具有很好的指导性,在既有住宅隔声改造中具有较好的适用性。

based on the noise reduction transformation of existing residential buildings, this article conducts the comparative analysis for environmental noise limits of noise reduction design transformation and performance evaluation; meanwhile it also compares and analyzes the standards used for the noise insulation limit evaluation of residential building＇s components, such as windows, doors, facades, floors and so on. The application scope of specification, the allowable indoor noise level for residential building and the requirements for the sound reduction index of residential building＇s components are comprehensively considered, the noise reduction transformation of the existing residential buildings across the whole country can be implemented based on the provisions of ＂Code for Design of Sound Insulation of Civil Buildings＂ （GB 50118-2010）; the noise reduction transfonaaation of Shanghai＇s existing residential buildings can be implemented based on the provisions of ＂Design Standard for Residential Buildings＂ （DGJ 08-20-2013, J 10090-2013）. Take two existing residential buildings in Shanghai that accepted sound insulation noise reduction transformation in accordance with ＂Design Standard for Residential Buildings＂ as examples, the indoor and outdoor environmental noise monitoring before and after the transfonaaation indicates that the Standard has an excellent guidance for the design and evaluation of transformation, and it also has a good applicability lbr the noise reduction transformation of existing residential buildings.
