Research on the Renewal Design Strategy of Green City——A Case Study of the Transformation of Atlanta Beltline

在当下"增量时代"向"存量时代"建设更迭的过程中,大拆大建饱受诟病,而城市更新通过不断修复改造城市片段,以适应不同时期功能使用和发展需求,不断提高城市生活品质,实现城市的可持续发展。文章以亚特兰大环线城市更新项目为契机,着重探讨以绿色化海绵城市为切入点的城市更新中改造问题及策略,最终促成城市二次开发及可持续城市更新。

In the current alternation process from ＂increasing era＂ to the ＂stock era＂, the massive demolition and construction has been widely criticized, but through the continuous restoration of urban districts, urban renewal can meet tile functional and development needs of different periods; constantly improve the quality of urban life and achieve the sustainable urban development. Take the urban renovation projects of the Atlanta Beltline as example, start from the aspect of green sponge city, this article focuses on the discussion of problems and strategies existed in the urban renewal and transformation, which finally lead to the secondary development of cities and sustainable urban renewal.
