摘要
文章基于上海老旧住房改造推进现状,探索整体卫浴在上海城市更新改造项目中的应用。通过分析整体卫浴防水、管线排布、施工安装等技术特点,并以上海虹口区春阳里风貌保护街坊(74街坊)更新改造试点项目为例,总结出整体卫浴在城市更新改造项目中应用的4大优势。
Based on the current promotion status this article explores the application of overall bathroom of old residential building transformation in Shanghai, in Shanghai＇s urban renewal and transformation project. Through the analysis of overall bathroom＇s technical characteristics in waterproof, pipeline layout, construction and installation, take the Chunyangli Protected Style Block （74th block） renewal pilot project as example, this article summarizes the 4 major advantages of overall bathroom＇s application in the urban renewal and transformation project.
