封堵炮眼用防漏水泥浆体系的研制

摘要 针对胜利油田部分油井用水泥浆封堵炮眼时出现的漏失问题,研制了防漏水泥浆体系.利用自制的模拟封堵装置,研究了不同封堵材料的封堵性能和封堵效果,优选出封堵材料的加量,加入各种添加剂形成了防漏水泥浆体系,并评价了体系的性能.结果表明:以1.2mm的漏失孔为例,聚丙烯纤维和橡胶粉分别封堵效果不佳,复合封堵时具有较好的封堵效果,复合封堵时纤维的加量为0.4%,橡胶粉的加量为1%.选用水泥添加剂并根据其建议加量,确定防漏水泥浆体系的配方为:胜潍G级水泥+0.4%聚丙烯纤维+1%橡胶颗粒+3%降失水剂+0.4%缓凝剂+0.5%分散剂,经评价水泥浆的失水性能优良,稠化性能可调,流变性能较好,强度性能优良. The Anti-leakage cement slurry is developed in order to overcome the lost circulation in plug- ging blast hole in Shengli oilfield. The self-made simulating plugging device is used to test the properties of different sealing materials and sealing effect. The added amount of plugging material is well chosen. The cement slurry is developed and evaluated. The results show that the poor performance of polypropylene fi- ber and rubber powder block respectively. The composite plugging has good sealing effect. The added a mount of fiber is 0.4% and the added amount of rubber powder is 1%. The cement additives and on its added amount are chosen. The anti-leakage cement slurry formula is developed: the G cement + 0.4%pol- ypropylene fiber + 1% rubber particles + 3% filter control additive + 0.4% retarder agent +0.5% dispersant. The water loss performance of cement slurry is good. It also has adjustable thickening perform- ance and better rheological properties, good strength properties.
