球部尿道悬吊术在1例前列腺术后尿失禁中的应用

The Bulbourethral Sling Operation for Treatment of Urinary Incontinence after Prostatectomy

目的:评估球部尿道悬吊术治疗前列腺术后尿失禁的有效性。方法:采用球部尿道悬吊术治疗1例前列腺电汽化术后严重尿失禁患者。术前患者完全尿失禁(阴茎夹控制排尿),最大尿道压20cmH2O。随访25个月。结果:1次悬吊手术后,患者症状明显改善。第2次收紧手术后,患者治愈。术后最大尿道压64cmH2O,排尿压50cmH2O。结论:球部尿道悬吊术可有效治疗前列腺术后尿失禁。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of bulbourethral sling operation in treatment of urinary incontinence after prostatectomy.Methods:The bulbourethral sling procedure was performed in one patient with severe urinary incontinence after TUVP.Before operation the patient had complete urinary incontinence.The maximal urethral pressure was 20 cmH2O.The pressure was followed up 25 months.Results:After single sling procedure the patient was obviously improved.Following retightening procedure and he was cured.And then the maximal urethral pressure reached 64 cmH2O,voiding pressure 50 cmH2O.Conclusion:The male bulbourethral sling operation was an effective therapy for urinary incontinence.
