摘要 选用松柏外生菌根真菌松乳菇(Lactarius deliciosus)为对象,研究该菌最适碳源、氮源、无机盐、生长因子及培养基优化。结果表明:松乳菇的最适碳源为蔗糖,菌丝干重为0.49 g;最优氮源为蛋白胨,菌丝干重为0.68 g;MgSO_4、维生素B_1对菌丝生长的促进作用最为明显,其菌丝干重分别为0.42 g、0.48 g。二次正交旋转设计试验得出该菌最适培养基配方为蔗糖37.42 g/L、蛋白胨3.13 g/L,MgSO_4 0.1 g/L,VB1 25 mg/L,pH为7。 Lactarius deliciosus was selected as potential strain to study the optimum carbon, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, growth factor and optimization of culture conditions. The results showed that the optimal carbon source was sucrose and the dry mycelial weight of source was 0.49 g. The optimal nitrogen source was peptone and the dry mycelial weight of peptone was 0.68 g. MgSO_4 and Vitamin B1 played a most evident role in promoting the growth of mycelium, and the dry mycelial weight of them were 0.42 g and 0.48 g, respectively. In the quadratic orthogonal rotation design, the optimal carbon source and the optimal nitrogen source of the best medium were 37.42 g/L of sucrose, 3.13 g/L of peptone, Mg SO_4 0.1 g/L, VB_1 25 mg/L, pH 7.
