摘要
介绍一种由背压式汽轮机、反渗透膜法和低温多效蒸馏热法海水淡化组成的水电热联产系统,及数学模型、数学求解参数,根据海水淡化产水机理以及工程建设经济数据,对新系统进行了综合经济性评价。以曹妃甸电厂2×1 000 MW超超临界机组工程为例,论述了热膜耦合系统产水含盐量特性、耦合系统单位产水成本及电耗率变化规律,确定了以能量耗尽为原则的热膜耦合海水淡化系统产水比,此系统能源效率高,是解决水电热联产的最佳工艺。
The paper introduces a kind of water heating electricity cogeneration system consisting of back pressure turbine,reverse osmosis membrane method and low temperature multi effect distillation method,and its mathematical model and mathematical solving parameters.According to the mechanism of desalination production and the economic data of engineering construction,the comprehensive economic evaluation of the new system is made.Taking the 2×1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit project of Caofeidian power plant as an example,discussed the characteristics of water yield and salinity in hybrid MED-RO system,the unit water production cost and the power consumption rate of the coupling system.The water production ratio of the hybrid MED-RO desalination system is determined by the principle of energy depletion.The system is highly energy efficient and is the best technology to solve the problem of hydropower generation.
