中日韩农村环境政策比较分析

2015年中日韩三国环境部长审议并签订了《中日韩环境合作联合行动计划(2015—2019)》,强调"大力推进生态保护与农村环境整治,提升生态系统服务功能"。分析三国农村环境政策,吸取和借鉴日韩成功经验,提出进一步深化我国农村环境综合整治对策措施,建立农村环境整治工作长效保障和监管机制。

The Environment Ministers of the three countries considered and signed the agreement in 2015 that is the Sino-Japan-Korea Joint Action Plan on Environmental Cooperation （2015-2019）, and stressed that ＂vigorously pro- moting ecological protection and rural environmental remediation and enhancing the function of ecosystem services＂. Through the analysis of environmental policies in the three countries, learn from the successful experience of Japan and South Korea, puts forward the countermeasures of further deepening the comprehensive improvement of rural en- vironment in China and establishes long-term protection and regulatory mechanism for rural environment comprehen- sive renovation.
