供给侧结构性改革是应对经济发展存在问题的有力举措,对包括地方高师院校在内的高等教育改革发展具有指导作用,同时高等教育在供给侧结构性改革中也扮演举足轻重的角色。地方高师院校推进供给侧结构性改革,既要以问题为导向,又要突出地方性、师范性、应用性、协同性的特征,着力加强人力资源、科研成果、服务能力、文化建设等方面的优质供给和有效供给。
