初论新建地方本科高校人才引进工作存在的问题以及解决途径

On the Problems and Solutions of Talent Entroduction in the New Local University

随着高等教育改革的深入推进,大量地方高校由专科层次升格为本科层次,文章总结了在高校升格转型期人才引进工作中存在的问题,思考了产生的原因并提出了解决途径,尤其是厘清了地方本科高校的发展地位与人才引进工作之间的关系。

With the deepening advance of higher education reform, quite a lot of local major schools have been upgraded as undergraduate universities. This paper summarizes the problems in their talent introduction, analyzes the reasons causing the problems, raises solutions to them, and especially, clarifies the relationship between their development status and talent introduction.
